“Support. Positivity. Motivation. If that is your style, this is your tribe!” That’s how the Sub 30 Club and Executive Director, Andy Aubin describes this international group of avid runners.

An inspirational group of people looking to be healthy and in-shape was started in April 2012, when Ted Spiker wrote on his blog that he wanted to run a 5k in less than 30 minutes and wanted others to join him. A challenge that he hoped at least 5 other people might join him in has grown into a 4,000+ member international movement where members support one another by sharing their struggles, successes, and running journeys in person, on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (@Sub30Club).

Each year “Subbers” meet at different races across the country to support, motivate, and of course, run together! This October, in Bethlehem Pennsylvania, subbers will come together for the 5th Annual Runner’s World Festival (#RWF2016) where the editors of Runner’s World magazine invite their passionate fan base to come, “Run with us!” With races for runners of all levels, this family friendly event will feature running seminars, live music, dinners with the editors of Runner’s World, and of course lots of great races.

Therese Schweyer, Sub 30 Club Executive Board Member is excited to share that all proceeds from this year’s custom Sub 30 Club #RWF2016 apparel sale with 2 Teachers T-Shirts (That’s us!) will benefit the St. Luke’s University Health Network. She explains the good work that St. Luke’s University Health Network here:

“Proceeds from this shirt sale will benefit St. Luke's University Health Network. This is the official charity partner of the 5th Annual Runner's World Half & Festival. The Sub 30 Club is happy to support St. Luke's as they work towards their goal of helping children to have healthy lives and bright futures. All proceeds raised will benefit youth health initiatives within St. Luke's region of care.
